It was a pleasure meeting you on Saturday. I am very happy with my Sonata purchase and wanted to take a few moments to express my gratitude to you, Barry and Elizabeth for your excellent customer service Saturday evening.
I know I held everyone up (and even worse kept everyone from enjoying the game!), but I wanted to make sure to let you know how much I appreciated the accommodation. I work two jobs and am very busy. The end of your sales hours on Friday and Saturday were unfortunately the best times for me to investigate new vehicles. I was most impressed with that fact that neither Barry nor Elizabeth rushed me through any of the process. They made sure I knew all my options and gave me time to make the right decisions. Barry was very patient to show me the ropes of my new hybrid, even though he was well past his ending hours for the day.

It is this type of customer service that breeds customer loyalty. Thank you very much!!
